REFLECTION 1: To Move or Not to Move??
Last spring, I started noticing in my neighborhood that houses were selling closer to what they were worth before the market tanked. I started having conflicting thoughts on if I should sell the house or not. Don’t get me wrong the house is great. I get a ton of compliments on it, and it’s great for entertaining. It’s a big house for one person– 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It’s a walkout rambler backing up to wetlands, and really, what more could you ask for in such a great location?
The problem is – all I have is the house. It consumes my time and finances. It’s been over 6 years since I have had more than a week’s vacation. And, because I am a consultant, I would like to have a bigger nest egg for the future, so when I am not billing I don’t stress out.
I struggled on what I should do for nearly 2 months before doing anything.
