“Your whole life is a rehearsal for the moment you are in now.” –Judith Malina
I am not sure why I like this quote. I want to believe that my past life experiences have shaped the person I have become and I have grown from those experiences. With that said, life has been a rehearsal so far for me up until the last couple of years, and I am in the moment more now instead of wishing for what could have been. Of course, I am human and have to practice or rehearse to get back into the present when I slip up. But, that’s the whole life rehearsal, right?
On a side note, the picture attached is a practice picture, but thought it was a good snapshot of many different textures in a small space. The brick and leaves in the background, and the two different grasses in the front. There is a lot going on, and it seems movement was captured by how the grass are in different directions.
What do you think?
