“Time is a created thing. To say ‘I don’t have time’ is to say ‘I don’t want to.'” — Lao Tzu
I used to say this about cooking that I don’t have time to cook. For some odd reason I decided over the last couple of years that I don’t like cooking which really is not true. Since moving into the condo, I have been working on re-teaching myself how to cook. I enjoy cooking again. I just think having the house in Plymouth became so overwhelming that I stopped cooking to ‘save’ time.
Now, I make time to make lunches for the week. This has been a conscious decision for me to get food organized to be healthier.
When you say ‘I don’t have time’ meaning ‘I don’t want to’ what are you trying to avoid?
